Client: Independent Mobility - an established mobility brand.

Challenge: Independent Mobility wanted to modernise their website and expand the information that they showcased to clients. The previous site was dated, with limited informational pages. The company had so much more to say and showcase, whilst portraying their key brand messaging.

Solution: To achieve these objectives, I worked closely with Independent Mobility to gather extensive data and images as well as product information and listings to be able to showcase their bricks and mortar business in the best way possible.

  • Storefront Optimisation: Launched and developed a modern Shopify theme, ensuring an intuitive and visually appealing user experience.
  • Enhanced Navigation & Product Discovery: Redesigned the store layout for better usability, making it easier for customers to browse and find products. Importing product reviews and social channels: Carrying over important data from the previous store to increase 'proof' of the site.
  • Conversion-Driven Features: Added compelling call-to-actions, to generate enquiries and monitoring.
  • SEO and Organic Mapping: Creating a benchmarking report, measuring and optimising from the old site to the new.
