With over 10 years' experience in user experience, I can help you to improve the usability of your website and ultimately increase engagement and revenue.

This starts with an initial audit of your site, working through and reporting on key markers for opportunities and growth. Maybe you have a low 'time on site' compared to your competitors or a high bounce rate. My objective is to analyse your current site and make improvements to your customer journey, working with your developer to achieve these goals or implementing any changes directly to improve site useability and ultimately contribute to increasing revenue.

If you work with a Digital Agency for SEO or PPC, in some cases it is also beneficial for me to asses traffic flows and SERPs to offer analysis on improvements that can me made in this area of your marketing campaigns.
